Most people who do them say they took a ton of work and time but they enjoyed it .I'm not the crafty gurl so I was like nooooo. Because I'd saved so much money on other things. That was my one splurge for myself. Since my fiance is not the big on pictures type. I didn't have to go big on photography
I cut corners on only sending invitations to those I know will be attending and to ederly/sick that I know would attend if they could as a momento for them and everyone else gets the savs the dates. I had 3different styles of them. (Had lotd of gift cards from davids bridal for shutterfly) lol

You guys got me wanting a an AHR now.... my FI will kill me if I even mention it maybe I'll mention it to my future SIL and maybe she can convince him lol. I seriously need to get organized. I found an old accordion folder to store items. I need to hurry up and hit my 150 post so that I can see some of these attachments. I think I might want to attempt passport invites. I just need to see how time consuming and involved they will be. Oh... And I went to the post office today. Totally didnt factor that not my budget
It didnt take me long to do them, assembling 40 took me an hour, and to print and cut took me 2.5hrs. I have a template that i can send you when im at work monday if you give me ypur email

Got the card stock on sale at michaels for $2 and in all honesty i folded the inside pages by hand. Mine are 4 inside pages which is 8 of info bc i used parchment paper which i have like 100 sheets of left over and can totally send it to anyone who needs it lol and i have a template for the rsvp cards and used a preferator tool that i bought for $2 and the corner rounder punch i used a coupon and it was like $3 which my fiance did the corners for me lol and got the envelopes from paperandmore.com but than realized later on michaels sells them and if i used the coupon it woulda been cheaper oh well LOL.

I wanted to do mine about a month after then realized I might not have the pics/videos back yet which I want to display so I have to clarify how long it takes to get back. .

I have been traveling for work all week, I've been keeping up with everyone's posts but not posting myself.  I wanted to welcome the 2 new girls, MrsPeele2B and myyooths.

The girls on here have great tips and they are some savvy DIYers, I however am not one of them. I am however very good at ordering off ETSY, it has been my saving grace!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
