Ah!  I'm a Sandals girl - so out side of that I'm not much help HAHa

You are in the right place though. . .  there are lots of great girls on here for resources!

Do you have a Travel Agent?  (sorry I think this was talked about earlier too - this place gets confusing sometimes!)   They can probably help you pick a place... I have one if you want to ask her some questions.

I am working with an agent whom gave me a few to resorts to pick from with the Beaches and Sandals being on the list.  I think the decision will be the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. I will keep you postedcheesy.gif I'm bout to take it in and rest my brain until tomorrow, or later on I shall say at this time.

I just came from checking out the Sunset Beach Resort and Spa on the trip advisor and there are mixed reviews. I'm caught between the Ibersostar Rose Hall Suites (which I would  have to have my wedding on a Thursday because all weekends are booked for July 2014) Or the Sunset Beach which the accomodations are cheaper.  I just don"t know if it's as nice or about the same, I also see reviews saying that the Sunset Beach Resort has a small beach. Intially my heart was set on the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites until my original date I planned to get married on which was July 12th got booked and  and then after waiting about 2 weeks, all the weekends in July got booked!! So now I'm at square one again...

Beaches is great since you have kids and if soke of your guests stay at sandals for more adult life they can still use beaches amenties. They also givd you 1000.00 wedding moons credit. 500 towaess wedding things and 500.00 for resort credit

It's an eBay store, I will post the name as soon as I get to my desktop....if anyone is in the NY/NJ area there is a shop called Renee Bridals in Bloomfield, NJ and all of his dresses are custom made by him (Renee) and super affordable. He's doing my alterations, if any one knows what the Maggie Sotero Divina gown looks like, made a replica for $800. He had me fooled because I said wow that Divina is beautiful and that's when he told me that every dress in his shop is custom made by him...of course you have to wait 4-6 mths for your gown.
Thanks for that info! I'm in NY. I will check it out.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
