I definitely want to connect with all of you!!!    I need to keep this whole wedding thing on the DL though!!  I still haven't announced our "engagement"  to anyone not invited! Soooo if I friend you all now you have to promise no wedding chit chat on my wall!! hahaha I have already had to delete a couple of comments by those that do know what we are up to! hahahah
Omg...I just had to do that tonight! One of my friends posted about the wedding, and I have NOT announced it on FB. One, because I'm shady and wanted to surprise some of my friends! LOL I also wanted to share with them offline. Two, because I don't want to be that person that obnoxiously posts about weddings every day. Three, because I haven't told a lot of friends because we can't afford to invite them all. We will be having an at-home reception, but that's not planned yet, and we still may be sending out more invitations. *sigh*

A cruise or trip sounds great, I love weekend getaways and I will DEFINITELY NOT be pregnant. I hope anyway.  Well actually maybe in 2015 because I'm an early 2014 bride. We plan to wait at least a year but technically that's early 2015. I keep waiting for that feeling where you really WANT a child, it hasn't come yet and I'm 31.  I don't think that's a good sign.  I also plan to live it up for my 3 weeks away so getting pregnant on my HM wouldn't be a good idea!

 

Cindy-you bring up valid points to consider when deciding whether to have children. You just never know with genes they could get only good ones or the bad ones. I don't believe you NEED to have kids, if people want to great and if not that's great too more time to enjoy loving and living with each other

March 16th 2010 he asked me out, March 16th 2013 he proposed, and our wedding date is June 16th 2014......lol see the patern?? We wanted to get married March 16th but his family ruined that for us....bitches

SIDE NOTE, got up at 4:50am and went to the gym before work.....my legs are dying from my 50min run LOL but it felt great!

Watcha gonna put in gift bags?
I was gonna out the favors (the message in a bottle I have) on tables but I tbink I'm gonna put in bags and put some fans (sincs it will be haaawwwt) and a cocktail/cosmopolitan drink packet in it.
Since my ceremony is outside in gazebo om beach. I'm yhinking I will placd each bag in seat with fan inside bag
I am doing fans and something else (like confetti or something) for the wedding day bags I plan on making.... I will have them delivered to every ones room that morning.   I was planning on getting up early and doing "ding dong dashes" to get them to everyone in their rooms but I was told that my concierge would deliver them for me LOL
My FI has a blood condition that will be passed on to our child if we have one and were not sure we want to do that. He almost died from it 6yrs ago and will be on meds the rest of his life. Also, not sure he can actually have kids bci effected his man parts. Plus, my mother has paranoid schizephrenia and i dont but i might carry the gene, dont want to give my child that along with a bunch of other bad crap in the family. Plus were getting old and are not financial able to even consider a child....i knowtey say you never are but to even get a house in our area ist going to happen for at least two years

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
