I was thinking of trying this since we'll be gone for 21 days between the wedding and honeymoon (plus all the wedding junk) and I had no idea how I was going to fit everything...I will have to give this a try. Downy Wrinkle release comes with me on all my trips, it's a lifesaver!

Glad to help!  They really do work great.  My Advice (cause it took me a couple tries to get them to work well... do not fill them too full it wont do you any good.... and bring an extra empty one with you in case one breaks so you can still get all your stuff to fit on the way home...   cheesy.gif

so can we use space bag for our wedding dress as well?

I don't think most wedding dresses would fit in the travel ones.... It might fit in a regular one but you need a vacuum to suck the air out of those ones... I guess if you decided to do this the resort should have a vacuum you could use when your packing to come home.

I found my maracas! I had been looking for pink only that were reasonably priced and I found them finally  http://www.amols.com/catalog/pink-maracas

That site is great if you're looking for maracas or other party supply types of things. I hear you can get the maracas down there easily but I worried I wouldn't find the right colors, none at all or just not have time.  Looks like my Mom will be getting 50+ maracas to travel with!

Great find!

Where are these from? I like both I'm interested in the handband... not sure how I am doing my hair but I can't wear normal headbands so I have been looking for a ribbon style - this is pretty.

Excellent deal! Great reason to overpack!! hahahahah

Haha yes... I actually thought that by using these I would just be able to get enough clothes in one bag... problem is they allow for over packing in less room.... kind of just brought MORE hahahah

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
