We are starting early. Been looking and looking for the perfect song to walk with my dad down the isle to marry the love of my life. I found the song. "They Fell in Love."  Here is a video of  it, I love how they both stand at the top and wait for the violins to start. It's very moving. The music gives you time to hug your dad and for my love to shake my dad's hand. Ahhhhhh.  I saw the tears in the crowd. Those violins just move me and are going to move my guest as well. I downloaded it and it sounds AMAZING vs the video.  It's that perfect moment with the perfect music. here is the youtube video

and where you can buy it.  http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/christineborgeld     I wish you all the best with finding the music for your day.  HUGS and I wish you the best of love and luck.

I have my dress too. I'm so excited to have that part bought. It was a bit stressful to find the perfect one, which I know we all feel like that. Now on to music.

I was browsing Pinterest last night (as per usual.....I can't tell yet if I spend more time looking at Pinterest or reading BDW, as I'm obsessed with both!) and thought I would share this...

http://www.basicinvite.com/ Seems like a really neat website to customize/design wedding invites and stationary. Havent looked into the nitty gritty/pricing details yet, but seems interesting so though I'd share with you brides that are DIYing!

She's a

I would pressure her to let you know ASAP if she is going, and include how expensive everything will be...to discourage her. She sounds like a selfish jerk, you shouldn't feel bad for not wanting her up there next to you.
She's actually very sweet, usually. I'm not sure what's gotten into her. The engagement party is 2 weeks away and she won't be getting an invitation bc she didn't give me her address. :-(

Maybe she will back down on her own since she says she's unable to afford the cost of the trip.  I don' t know how to tactfully ask her to step down.  It's going to probably be an awkward conversation.

It most definitely will, but it seems like I might not have to have this discussion. She's unreachable by text, email and calls.

That might've come out wrong... lol. I already sound like a bridezilla, but I swear I'm not! We've actually been very close for a long time. I wouldn't be upset if one of my friends got married before I did. I am, however, concerned with her newly single "wild side". It doesn't seem like it's going to be a problem at this rate, bc I still haven't heard from her.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
