I bought my dress last August.. so like 2 years early. I don't know.. I was more stressed about finding and paying for a dress than about my weight. I don't mind at all taking it in if I lose weight. & gives me a good reason not to let myself get any bigger! I'm not a hot yoga fan because I'm a HUGE Jillian Micheals fan, and she says you perform worse during a hot yoga class since you're not in an optimal environment, and sweating doesn't equal weight loss. Making yourself sweat from exercising when the temperature is normal is good, but sweating because it's hot has nothing to do with anything other than your body regulating its temperature. (Same reason you don't lose weight by sitting in a sauna). You also risk injury moreso than a regular class because your muscles are more easily overstretched beyond where you should be stretching. That's just my two cents though, I know lots of people who love it!
Interesting points about the hot yoga...never thought about it that way...thx

I love JM....I've done a bunch of her workouts and always get good results

Hi Girls I'm back from my site visit! I am so happy with the resort. But now I'm getting panic attacks that there are only 299 days left until the wedding! Hoping to work on those invites as soon as these last 2 weeks of school are done!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
