Then i'm introducing Zumba in the next 2 weeks.  I'm trying to work my way back to doing Insanity which is nuts but I liked.  lol.  I have a rough road but I'm determined to lose the weight I put on in the next year.

Good luck to us all on being where we want to be on the big day.

I did insanity, I didn't do the shakeology with it but my body seemed to not like me doing it. I'm hypothyroid so I've been struggling to lose all this weight that I gained from my thyroid being out of wask for so long. I've tried zumba but I have no moves LOL but it was fun! Good luck girl I'm sure you will look amazing!!!

Maybe we should start a Year-Down countdown weight loss/general toning.. whatever form?

My fiance and I are going to try a 'who can change the most by the wedding' contest. He's looking to build & I'm looking to tone, so we can't really do greatest pound loss. That might be fun here for those of us that are getting married around the same time!

Love to hear you're doing Zumba, jandl2013! I'm an instructor. :D

Hello ladies! For those who have their dress when did you purchase it and when is your wedding. Also for those who haven't when is your wedding and when do you plan to buy it by? I'm getting married may 2014 and had planned to purchase my dress this month but unfortunately I was quite sick and needed surgery (and another in July) so my weight is all over the place and I don't want to get a dress too small or way overly big (I know too big is easier to fix). Any suggestions on when to buy?

Stemple- hope your surgery went well and youre recouping!!! I personally made a bunch of apts one weekend and ended up finding my dress 3 wks after getting engaged lol. We plan on getting married feb area of 2014. I would say if you want to start lookin and you feel mentally excited about it, then go ahead! U can always fish out what you like and don't like and then worry about sizing a few months from now when u feel your body has stabilized.

Thank you :) I'm doing well but not looking forward to a round 2 of surgery but will be worth it to be healthy for my wedding! I'm actually like you I already found my dress just after I got engaged back in November lol I wanted to wait til now to buy it to get in some shape.... I'm glad I didn't buy it then is cuz I became sick and went down 4 dress sizes. So the question is how long can I put off buying the dress to get the right size :s

I was told that if I order in July I won't have the dress back until early Dec, and I'm getting married in June. So just keep that in mind b/c you will do a few fittings before the big day! Glad your surgery went well and I hope the next is the same

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
