HI sorry so long. My laptop crashed still trying to recover. Don't like using phone but i'm learning. That's great they are supporting your dream. Exciting doing what you enjoy. Did you start a business?
I have! I have taken classes in event design and wedding coordination and now have taken my hobby if wedding and event planning and turned it into a business. Additionally I have completed a program in leisure and hospitality and started a travel agency working alongside some of the best in the business! So destination weddings are my thing! I am so blessed that two years ago I started this journey as a bride and while I am still waiting for my big day my entire life has changed in the process,I get to be home with my children and do what I LOVE to do! An Amazing change from being miserable in my work and disconnected from my family.

Life is busy, but I LOVE IT!!! I have finished my TA training so I'M OFFICIAL!!!! I am so excited about that! My children down to the baby are so supportive oft dream to help other brides and have personally invested ideas and time, my oldest (10 even branded the name and the 8 year old branded the color scheme!) For me busy is good, great... You know what they say about idol hands. Pinterest has private boards which allows you to use Pinterest as you would but does not allow public viewing so you can keep wedding magic a surprise for your guests, you can pin with out giving anything away. I <3 it!
Thanks. I had no idea about pinterest hidden boards

I am defiantly not my first client! My TA is fabulous I wanted an outside party to deal with the financials payments exc! Family can be funny when it comes to deadlines and money so for the same reason I would advise a TA to someone else is the reason I have one, no cost to me and takes the burden off if me. Now as a wedding designer I am a bit OCD when it comes to my own but it is fun. Rights now in California we are in wedding season and I have 3 local weddings and 2 DWs between the end of April and the end of May.

Yes that can be very true about family. Wise decision having a TA for yourself. Very exciting having planning so many different weddings for different people. In addition to planning your own. All off the weddings are this April & May?

Okay ladies here they are.  I knew I wanted to have boarding pass STD's but did not want to spend an arm and a leg for them. So I tapped into my inner creative side that I truly have not connected with since high school lol. I used Word and Powerpoint to create these. I borrowed ideas from many brides here on this forum and created my own.

I hope you like them.

The passes, jackets and back of the envelopes:

These are great! Awesome job!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
