Today's memories I recieved an email saying it shipped today

I'm over this seller. I logged a dispute with Etsy yesterday stating that I was notified on 7/11 that my item was shipped but I never received the items and no contact from the seller even though I attempted to reach out. I got a response LATE last night from the seller with another tracking number and a request to close the dispute. I tried the tracking number this morning and there was no info found, and I had to ask what the tracking number was for, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc because nothing was said. So I went back on Etsy and left a negative rating for the seller because there's no communication and the tracking number was no good. The seller gets back to me TONIGHT with another tracking number and then asks me why I said they had an attitude! I advised that the attitude was from lack of communication and poor business etiquette. The new tracking number works for the USPS and it says that the item was received at the post office at 3:10 this afternoon! Really? 

 

I honestly believe that if I had not logged a negative comment or filed a complaint, I would not receive my hangers any time soon. It's such a shame, considering I ordered almost a month ago. I told the seller that some form of communication, other than a bad tracking number, would have gone a long way to ensure that their business wasn't rated negatively. 

 

Sorry to rant, I just had to get that off my chest. I know I wasn't in a rush to receive my hangers since the wedding is next year.But don't lie to me and say my item shipped 2 weeks ago and then don't respond when I try to communicate with you, then get an attitude when I rate you negatively!

IRONICALLY  . . . .I had a similar experience. I  began a distpute through ETSY and when I went to formally file through PAYPAY. . .I miraculously found a tracking nubmer saying it was to be delivered (and was just sent two days ago , yet they told me Jyly 12th) today. They were delivered today, and did look really good . . . . SOOOOO, still unhappy with the heartache I experienced and would not recommend the disapperring store of ALLTHINGSHANDCRAFTED by LOVE PASSION, but the product did EVENTUALLY ARRIVE!.

So glad to read that you finally got yours. I unfortunately already went ahead and ordered new hangers from a different seller since I didn't hear anything from that seller. So I will keep 2 hangers for myself and probably just sell the others that I ordered.  I just want to be done with this crazy experience!

I finally got my hangers yesterday! They are nice, maybe a little less sturdy than I expected but still very nice. I will probably sell them though since I ordered new ones. The new ones have more personalization on them, so these will be sold. Glad that saga is finally over!

I used the hangers for the wedding I photographed last weekend and it turned out super cute in pictures.  So although the quality wasn't the best, it was worth the $5 for me.  Sorry you guys had such a bad experience though

I I received my hanger yesterday in the mail it almost took a month to receive I think it was definitely worth the money although it did not come with a ribbon I will add one myself

Yeah, it was funny.  I ordered two... one came with a ribbon and one didn't?  Very odd.  But no big deal at all.
