I am almost finished with my invitations, but I can't decide how to word the travel information card. I have a seperate card going in with the invitation (same size as a RSVP) and right now this is what it says:

For more information on our wedding please feel free to call us at (Our Phone Number) or for travel information please call (Travel Agent Name & Number)

Of the 50 invitations I am sending out, only about 10-15 families probably don't know we are having a destination wedding, which is why I wanted to give people our phone number in case they had any questions. Now I am re-thinking the whole card. I just don't think that it sounds right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree wtih Gionne. I wouldn't want to be fielding phone calls. Perhaps if you were to post your whole invitation and wording, we might be able to make suggestions. I just referenced my wedding website on the STD and also said you can book with xxx. It also said on the STD that Jamaica was the location...

I am putting something similar with our STDs. We said for travel arrangements contact Travel Agent and listed her contact info. For more wedding information check out our website. It sounds better the way I have it written up, but I'm at work and don't have it with me. I think it sounds fine to put your phone number if you don't have a website.

I like this better. It gives the impression that they should call the TA first, you second.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
