I have heard ladies talk about gluing or sewing on little teeny painted fishing weights. I didn't do anything with mine and told my maid of honour to tuck it into the back of my dress IF it blew around...we lucked out with absolutely no wind so I didn't have to worry!

Something I never thought of with my veil was that if you have a belt (Like I did) and its got bling that is a little bit rough with clasps where your bead or bling is your veil may attach itself to your belt. Mine did that quite a lot!!

I don't think I ever posted on here my actual veil, it was from Etsy seller BellaBridalVeils and cost me just $53 including shipping. It has crystals scattered throughout and was a shimmery material like my dress! It was fingertip length because I didn't want it to interfere with the ruffles.  Here you can also see the belt I had on my dress that did a whole lot of grabbing of my veil!

veils are so beautiful! but sometimes brides decide not to use it and that doesn't mean they won't look like a bride without it. There are many other alternatives such as  hats, hairbands and headresses
Absolutely! Being a bride is all about how you feel inside, not defined necessarily by what you are wearing on the outside. I think it's so amazing the vaste differences in every wedding. It truly is a celebrattion of the individuality of the couple!

This sounds exactly like what I want, and the price is amazing. Thank you! I'm definitely going to check out this seller on Etsy!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
