Lauren, wonderful thread! Now you got me thinking about the rum as favors! But I really like the qoute you used on the tag you had put on the bottles. I remember Krista had the issue where they were charging extra per guest; thankfully that was resolved. Did you have the same trouble?

Thanks! The rum favors were a huge hit! Just some advice, they are located in Montego Bay and they donâ€t deliver to Ocho Rios. I had someone meet me at the airport upon arrival. Because it was a Saturday, I felt compelled to give the driver a big tip for his troubles! J

The Bob Marley quote was a few different things I pulled together but it was so appropriate. Feel free to use whatever you like!

I actually paid for the extra guests but they didnâ€t charge me for using an offsite florist and they gave us free breakfast in bed so I think it worked out in the end…

That's great the didn't charge the vendors fee, where ever you can save a penny is always good! Thanks for sharing your template for the tags! I was actually thinking of purchasing thank you tags from Etsy but this is more personal, which I'm sure your guests appreciated! I'm so glad the day was wonderful...getting a little more excited as mine will be here in no time!

To be honest I actually forgot about the per person charge until I was actually paying for everything else and decided not to make a big deal about it since they had done a few favors for me anyways.

Oh, I never even looked on Etsy but I'm sure they have some great things too. Originally I was going to do a sticker label that went directly on the bottles but I figured that might be hard especially with the humidity. It wasnâ€t until a few weeks before we left that I discovered all the label templates at Staples! Michaelâ€s has a ton of things like that too.

Youâ€re going to have an amazing time and youâ€re getting married on my birthday so I know itâ€ll be perfect! J

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
