Thanks!

We were only able to get ours about a year in advance. So hopefully in the next few weeks you'll start being able to get something! The waiting is hard.

Keeping an eye on the November 2013 rates should give you a ballpark idea?

Yes, that is what i initially thought, but after reading some posts in and around this website, it seems some people have been able to get rates for next November.

The issue with ball parking it is i would like to send out a save the date within the next 2 months, therefore would need the group booking package "locked" down prior to sending this.

Thanks for the input!

So somehow Canada Post lost our entire box of wedding decorations somewhere between our place and the post office (2 blocks away)! They left a delivery notice on the door and I've gone to pick it up but the parcel was never checked in to the pick-up facility. C'mon now... Hopefully it turns up!

We also just booked four nights after the wedding for a mini-honeymoon - at Secrets on the Vine Cancun. We've never stayed in the hotel zone in Cancun before, so it should be a different kind of experience than at a more secluded resort. I'm really looking forward to this!

Need to get my dress in somewhere locally for alternations in the next month or so. This wedding is coming quickly!

All i

Hi brides, Planning a destination wedding to the mayan riveria for April 2014. having a very hard time finding the price i want my guest to pay. Anyone have recommendations for a great travel agent, have seen great prices online for trips but when you speak to a travel agent about a destination wedding to the same resort and time the prices is about 500-600 dollars more.
All I have to say is Vanessa Martinez vanessam@centreholidays.com I want to kiss whomever recommended her on here but she is a GODSENT! Works to get you what you want and fast response!!!

Has anyone arranged a shuttle or limo for a group of people in Edmonton? We are thinking it would be nice since all our guests in Edmonton live close together and on the south side! But I can't seem to find a radon able quote... Blue sky wants to charge over 300 each way! Another thing, if anyone is looking for a reasonably priced seamstress in town, I found this amazing lady on kijiji, I'd be happy to share her info, just IM ME :) amazing! And about a quarter of the price a tailor shop was going to charge for some major alterations.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
