Hi Sam, Congratulations on a confirmed wedding date and time :D In our wedding pack it said the same about the date not being 100% but when we asked about it they said it mainly to do with bad weather being forecast for that day and if it was the case, we would either get the day before or after our confirmed date. We don't have a time, we were told this will be arranged when we meet with the wedding coordinator the day after we arrive at the hotel The only list of extras we recieved from the moonpalace was the photography and videography packs. What other extras have you got prices for? And what are the things mentioned about what your entitled to? Is it the same as whats mentioned on the moon palace website? Sorry, lots of questions!! Hi, we booked with Thomas cook (in scotland)in April and we got our wedding package through about 6-8weeks later but we still have no conformation dates, we fly out sept 23rd 2013 , I've tried emailing several times to the moon palace and had no reply i even phoned direct n got put on hold lol, thomas cook have been a night mare working with, they could not give me an email address or nothing, ppl I have read got there dates straight away and don't understand wits going on, I know it's a year away but want to know everything is sorted.

Hi charmaine,, you must be so frustrated. Have you filled out a form which should have been sent to the moon palace??? Try emailing weddings@thomascook.com and see if you can get any joy through here, I emailed a few times to chase up but they confirmed my date via email and then sent out my pack xxx Did ou book through an agent or via Internet??? Xx

Hey I got hold of the wedding manager in the moon palace lol and they confirmed my date for me thank god lol, they now said a wedding planner will get in touch within 30 days, over the moon now that's that sorted, I booked with Thomas cook in store, I got my pack from them 9weeks after I had booked. But that's it now yehaaa lol

Hey all, We're flying out from Glasgow to cancun on 23rd September also but on the Thomson flight & have our wedding date confirmed for Friday 27th September 2013 :) we booked with Hayes & Jarvis (Thomson Specislist) and we got out date confirmed within 2 weeks & got our wedding pack thru very soon after! So far we have 16 guests staying for 14 nights...does anyone have a direct contact or more info they could send me as I just have the extras we can add on. Love to know more info re actual ceremony locations, group benefits, what we can spend $credits on etc... We're so excited!! Ps my email addy is charleneferrell@live.co.uk I am a travel agent too so I'll let you all know as much info as poss if I find out stuff :) Charlene xxx

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
