Does anyone have info on bringing OTC meds for welcome bags through customs? Like did you bring OTC meds for welcome bags and have a problem getting through customs because it was more than for your personal use? Thanks for your help!

Hi Ladies!!!  Does anyone know if the "outside vendor fee" is applied to both the photographer and videographer even if it is the same company... which would make it $1000 extra... or is it just $500 extra total???  Thanks and happy planning :)

Unfortunately it is per person, so if 2 people show up from same company, it would be $1000. I just came back from my wedding and although I used HDC as my photographer and loved them and I highly recommend them, I also had pics with my package by WBA as well as my guests purchased photo shoots on their own and they did a great job also!

This is what Luisa at NOW replied to me regarding my question about whether you pay for the company or each individual person for outside vendor fees...

 

"About the photographer and the videographer is they belong to the same company the fee will be USD$500.00 but if they belong to different companies the fee will be USD$500.00 for each."

 

So now I'm confused because @jennifer8913, you said the opposite, some of this stuff is just so unclear!  Thanks for your reply though :)  I'm excited to read your review!

 

Does anyone else have any input on the outside vendor fee?

@bethlorentz, thats great!!! just keep all emails so you have them if there are any issues!!! The outside vendor fee for photographers used to be $150 and it was per person, maybe now since its higher they decided just one per company.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
