I have had a few requests to post my boarding pass template (that I borrowed form various people on here!), but I can't add it to the original thread, so here it is. Some of the information may seem duplicated cuz I hadn't narrowed down which style I liked best.

I am having a dilemma with my boarding passes. Do I need an RSVP for Jamaica? My mom says I don't, cuz we will know who is going. She thinks I should send the boarding passes out end of March, beginning of April and have a RSVP for the AHR only, which is July 12th. My wedding is May 17th, so I wanted to know by the end of February about Jamaica, but am having issues, since my AHR is 2 months after my wedding. I didn't want to have to send another mailing. What do you all thinkhuh.gif

I also thought about sending it out like my mom said, with no RSVP for Jamaica, and then upon our return from jamaica, I could send a picture postcard of the wedding or something as a reminder to return their RSVP?

I was not going to send RSVP's either... until I found out people were booking with other travel agents and NOT telling me!!!! Plus, some people might be waiting for the last minute to get a good deal but are 100% planning on coming. Just my opinion.

I know, that's what I was figuring too. This is a pain in the ass. Should I include too separate RSVP's? One to return immediately for Jamaica and one to send back by May 31st for the AHR? This stuff is driving me crazy. I want to print my boarding passes, so I can get to cutting, but I don't feel 100% confident about what to do for the rsvps and i don't want to mess it up and have to do it over.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
