      Downa Hewitt... Your right sorry the center piece for multiple tables is extra but the head table center piece is included.   :)

          Hi Mandie,
          Thanks for the informative post.  Just curious if you (or anyone else) knows where the 3rd photo location is at on the resort?  I'm guessing it's the Eclipse Nightclub terrace?  We're pretty set on having our ceremony at the fountain, I was just curious though because I haven't come across any ceremony or reception set-up photos in the Eclipse venue yet.

            So in the picture of the canopy near the fountains, the flowers on both sides of the pillar aren't included?

             

            Does anyone know with the devine package if it includes the gold or platinum menu?? I'm a little confused why there's three tiers for the menu with only two wedding packages?

             

            Did anyone else notice that on the Now wedding guide they took down all the pictures of the cakes, flowers, center pieces etc? I hope it`s because their updating it!!

              O nice.. the wedding pdf seems to be in the process of being updated..

               

              The prices have changed for the packages.. but all the extras look the same.

              The sound system rental is 400 but someone has posted here 350... and the Divine package doesn't state the sound system is included as Mandie was told..

               

              It does state the platinum menu on the Now site for the divine package:

              all so confusing... I may just start taking screen shots of everything I see to add to my folder full of printed out emails I plan to take with me so there are no surprises :-)

                Hello,

                 

                 Sorry I haven't replied I’m on vacation and just haven't had a time to check anything.

                mandycross- I honestly don't know where that photo was taken.

                 

                The first picture of the fountain set up with the limited amount of decorations in the picture they sent that they said it is what’s included if you don't pay the additional $1500.00 so I’m hoping that the little flower decoration are included.

                 

                I just looked and all the pictures are taken down:( I really hope they are just updating what they have. Also I noticed that some extras you can get have slightly increased in price.

                 

                That’s a good idea Susan. I am hoping that everything will work out just fine with no surprises. When I called the wedding coordinator she verbally told me that the sound system was included. I should call her back and get that in writing to share with you guys just in case.

                  Mandie, ya for sure get that in writing.... I am doing everything if possible via email to have a paper trail of everything!

                  We are getting married the same day.. arriving the same day .. so I assume our meeting with the wedding dept will be the same day (Monday I am thinking as that is when final payment is due). We will have to meet up that night to "compare" prices ;-)

                   

                  What I find confusing is that Castaways is still listed as a reception location but some brides are being told they can not have it without an extra cost (5000)

                   

                  I have the old pdf file is anyone wanted it to compare.

                    Mandie, are you already set up with a wedding co-ordinator or did you just call one of them to answer your questions?

                      Hi Chrisdeluca,

                       

                       No just calling them with questions when I have a couple. I tried emailing but usually I receive no reply I asked them to send me an email for the pictures and they did within the same day which was nice. I was told that 2 months before the wedding is when we get matched up with a wedding coordinator.
