Congrats on the weight loss ladies! I don't feel like I have lost any weight, but I haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks! I don't have a scale in my hotel. I am hoping I will get a nice big number by the time I get home.smile72.gif I haven't done so well this week (though not terrible either) but I am adjusting to living in a hotel (so no kitchen). Eating at restaurants is so not diet friendly.

Right now I'm just hoping to maintain, but I read somethin in a bridal magazine about WW having a special 12 week program for brides. Anyone heard anything about that? I'm thinking another 5lbs. gone by my June wedding would be nice.:)
Really, I have never heard of a WW program for brides. That would be cool if they did.

I have not taken the time to read all prior posts, kinda busy. But, I wanted you all to know that I am eating the WW Santa Fe Rice and Beans frozen meal right now and it ROCKS!!! Its 6 points and its got rice and beans and lots of cheese and some spice and garlic to it. It is awesome. Just thought I would let you all know.

Wow!! Thanks for the info!!! I have been MIA for a few weeks. I started on 10/8 as I said I would and I am down about 6 lbs...but it fluctuates between -5 and -7 lbs!! I'm so annoyed because I just can't seem to loose more and get past that!!! I am guessing it's because of the lack of consistent exercisehuh.gif It is just so hard to squeez it in! I am going to Join the gym after december when I graduate but I seriously don't have alot of extra time!!!

Does anyone have any exercise secretshuh.gif?

CMW: Did you exercise to help you loose the 30 lbs?

No I didnt exercise during WW up until this past week (I want to get toned for the wedding) They saidd to not try and diet and exercise in the first month or so of the program b/c it can be too hard. which I would findn to be true.....when I exercise I am 10 times more hungry!!

Oh that's a good idea to take away the bonus points...I have to admit that I haven't been keeping track as I should be but I know I haven't been overeating really!!

UGH! Yeah I guess 6 lbs for one month is good and slow which it should be to keep it off!

I did bad this morning though I went to the grocery store before work and bought lean pockets breakfast...I just ate 2 of them...I was craving something bad for me...it's okay though it was 3 points each so 6 points total...I can still do good the rest of the day! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
