I wish they were my pictures. I was told 2 weeks ago that we would have them in 7 days. Our names are not even on his website yet - what do you think that means? This is very frustrating!

Crap, we were all hoping it was you!!! I am so sorry you don't have your pics yet either. Oh Juan, you need to tell the ladies what is going on and be totally honest with them. They just want to know REAL dates and REAL times when they will receive there pictures, not the time you HOPE to get them to them.

Anyone in business can tell you negative word of mouth is the WORST thing that can happen to you! It will destroy everything you have built. You need to do some damage control, and quick, before this spirals out of your control!
