I agree, we will see what happens there! I know I just don't get it, I mean people always check is website and there are alot of girls on here waiting for pictures so everyone checks every day!! Yes our contract says 1 MONTH, YES THAT IS RIGHT 1 MONTH!!! We are pass 3 months now!!!

Wow Natalie, that's horrible. I'm sorry you have to go through this, talk about added stress when your having a baby. You don't deserve this, I can understand him going over the timeline a little bit but to give you your TTC pictures and forget about your wedding ones is just horrible. And to top it off post at least two other brides wedding pictures with wedding dates after yours........ Juan needs to step it up or else he's going to loose alot of business from bad reviews. Sometimes as great as his pictures will turn out, it's not worth the stress to deal with this kindof stuff. Add the fact that his prices are almost what you would pay to hire an outside (well not one from Mexico) photographer then I can see alot of business being lost if he doesn't start handling his brides better.

is there a chance that he was uploading theirs and yorus at the same time - and theirs just finished sooner?

 

i really think a "stern" email needs to go to Juan and outline all of the issues you all are having with him. he just needs to know how this is affecting his business. if he doesn't make some changes, he won't have nearly as much business ... or maybe that would be a good thing!

Thanks Tammy!! I know it is all crazy and Juan needs to be careful of what he promises to brides or it can get really bad!! Yes I agree his pictures are amazing and worth the wait that was PROMISED!!

I thought about that too ann, but I mean I feel like he should do one wedding and finish it. I mean obviously he was working on mine and hers and I'm sure some others. I guess I was just hoping he went in order, that seems fair to me.

I think it's crappy. I would feel so hurt if I were you. If he'd just be honest and not say one month, it wouldn't be so bad. But, now he's breaking contract and dealing with pregnant ladies emotions

On a side note, I don't think I ever say your TTD slideshow. I'm watching it right now and i LOVE it! You two are a really beautiful and fun couple.

I'll be completely honest, waiting for pics wouldn't upset me so much b/c I tend to be patient and I love anticipation so for me it would be fine. However, if this was something I really wanted, I would not be as nice as you guys have been. I would have harrassed him until he couldn't take it anymore. I already would have threatened him with bad reviews. Natalie if I were you I would write an e-mail telling him about his contractual obligations and telling him that he has left you no choice but to post a review on the forum warning other brides of his bad business practice. I guarantee you he overnights them to you! I'm telling you the squeaky wheel gets the oil. If you don't say anything then he will push you aside and work on the girls that do complain.
