I am a July 2012 bride getting married in Bahamas!! I currently weigh 150!! Most I have EVER weighed and Im about to lose my mind!! So I got engaged this past week and what perfect motivation to lose the weight. I am wanting to lose 25 pounds by July. I just had a baby 7 months ago and I weighed 135 before I got pregnant.. any tips?? Today I just started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and I also ordered insanity but its not here at my house so I will be starting that soon to replace the Jillian Micheals videos. I try to eat healthy but my fianc© cooks a lot and he cooks really GOOD and its not always healthy.. If anyone could give me ideas, tips, anything.. i have to stay motivated I usually start a work out and do it for like 3 days and never complete it.
