I am working on my Survuval Kits this week so I will be sure to take more pics of what I have,

Vistaprint can be overwhelming at first, but you get the hang of it.

Happy to hear someone else is doing anchors!!!!

anchoroflove.JPGThese are my Old Navy Anchor Bags. I like them a lot, but my colors are navy and white, with aqua accents...so I guess the OOT bags are more the accents part :) I did find a postcard on VP that I liked that I made into RSVP cards, but I just ordered them yesterday so I don't have pics yet. Will post when they arrive :)  So glad someone else is doing anchors!! So many sea stars and beachy themes brides out there. Which are pretty, but I liked the nautical theme :)

These are great bags!  I love them!  $1.00 is great - they look like better material!  I would love to see the RSVP cards once you get them!!!

I started with Starfish (my invitations have them), but when starting my OOT bags - I loved all the nautical anchor stuff.  Plus we have a boat on Lake George & so do a lot of our friends so it seemed more appropriate.

Our colors are navy, emerald green & white.

figured out how to save a picture of the proof  of my RSVP card. My plan is to send the invites out fairly early, and that way anyone who rsvp's that they are cruising, but hasn't put down their deposit yet I can track them down and get them in touch with our travel agent. Next up: working on our anchor monogram :)

Heather - this looks freaking awesome!!!!  Great job!  I love the phrasing, "We've anchored a date to celebrate!"  You know you can probably "borrow/steal" that anchor design from Vistaprint and use it for your monogram for all your DIY stuff.  I did it with the other anchor Vistaprint has....it's on my survival kit labels, chapstick labels, keycard holder badges.....

Well, last week I was walking through their Accessories Department where they keep their Tote Bags & Purses & I found these tote bags!  They were only $.88 a piece!!!!!!  They only had 4 at the store I was in, but then I went on a "BAG HUNT" with my BFF - calling local stores & sending friends to them.  We now have a total of 46 bags!  I only needed potentially 40, but figured the extras would be great for groceries!

They are perfect for our wedding since our colors are Navy and Emerald Green and we are doing a nautical theme with starfish, anchors, etc.

I had already bought acrylic tumblers with straws from the Christmas Tree Shop last month for $2.99 a piece & they too are blue with green and other fun colorful anchors/nautical steering wheels/palm trees, etc.  I have also been designing/using a VistaPrint anchor template on a lot of their items...so these bags were it!  I think it was fate since I had found a lucky penny that day in another aisle at Walmart and then proceeded to this department where I found the bags!

Here is a pic...I will post the other goodies I have so far (from VistaPrint) as well as the tumblers, etc to go inside it very soon...SO EXCITED!

They are a non-woven 80 polypropylene recyclable bag.woot2.gif

These are adorable, I bought my OOT bags a month ago. I was able to get the dollar tree bags and I plan to do a iron on. Like you have just bought the closest number I thought were coming and worse come to worse I will give one bag per room..

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
