I hear you there girl.  I found this great app for that. WedHappy... it sets alerts for you and makes a calendar... it's fantastic.

I've got my shower tomorrow!!! I am so Excited!! My MOH has been really killing herself this last week prepping for it.  Her thing is that since I'm not getting the Big Party I wanted, she wants to incorporate and throw the over the top party that she thinks "I deserve".  I think this has only been more fueled the last two weeks with my disappointment over guests dropping out and have a wedding guest list of 11 people.  I'll put up some pictures of what she does for you all to see on Sunday!

I won't quote the photos again but I third option 2! How are you doing your numbers, cutting them out yourself or buying the numbers already cut?
Yes I will be cutting the numbers out of cardstock. Most likely using the same font that I used to make the wedding banners. Thanks for the input!!!

I like option 2. Is it just me or does the paper have a pearlized effect to it? The frames are so cute too.
I like option 2 as well!!!
Thanks ladies!!! I think I am gonna go with option 2. The white cardstock is slightly textured and kinda shiny. So it does look a little pearlized but not as much as in the picture, I think that's because of the flash lol

I have our sand ceremony music and recessional but I have no clue what the bridal party or I will walk out to. We only have 13 guests in the seats so it's not like I can use a normal length song for these spots. Has anyone just picked out a spot in a song they wanted played during that time frame? Would love to know what you all have planned music wise for ceremony :)

We are doing something a little non traditional... the person who is doing the ceremony is going to walk down first, then my FI, and his best man.  The final 3 in the wedding party are going to walk my mom, his mom, and his grandmother down the aisle. Since there is no front of the church for them to come out of and we don't have ushers I thought that would work best.

For music the guys and moms are coming in to Somewhere over the Rainbow by IZ, my girls are walking down to A Thousand Years, piano instrumental version (SO GOOD!) and for myself, cannon in D.  On our way out, One Love, Bob Marley of course!

I'm thinking to do Beyonce "Halo" for my bridesmaids walking out (cheesy i know but i really love the lyrics, lol) and for me I want Kenny G's the wedding song. I may have a saxophonist play it live with piano accompaniment. Not 100% sure yet tho. I have a vocalist performing Halo. Do you think that is too much switching up if it goes from a live singer to a live sax???

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
