I wanted to send my guests a pre-travel letter.  So I'm going to attach it for you all to see.  We are two months away ... it is seriously crunch time!

I love your letter!! It's so full of great information! I've been trying to write mine up so we can get it out ASAP, but I don't know if I should print it on regular paper and send it that way or try and use fancier material.

Thanks!  So excited for my guests to receive them :)  Trying to pump everyone up!!

I used regular printer paper - printed both sides, and did it from home.  These type of things doesn't need to be fancy.  As much as we don't want to think it ... it will get tossed aside in some homes ... and eventually make it's way to the trash.  Don't get to fancy with this one, that's my opinion!

Your letter is nice! You do have a typo though. On page six, your title for itinerary for the week of May 5, says "2012" instead of "2013"

Still so much to do! And I feel I have no time!

Menus

Programs

Finish OOT bags

Centrepieces and table numbers

Finalize flowers

Decide and book hair and makeup

Music playlists

WRITE VOWS!!!!!!

Dress alterations and jewellery

Guestbook signs

Seating chart

Cake decorations

There's probably more on that list but that's all I can think of right now.

OMG I don't even know where to start to nail down my to-do's!  EEK!  less than 3 months to go. I better start recruiting my bridesmaids to start helping me out!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
