I got a $10 for $50 off Living Social. I haven't used it yet cuz it wouldn't let me combine the Black Friday deals with the Living Social deal. Boooo! But I'm not complaining I got 20 invites, 20 RSVP, and 140 address lables for nothing more than s/h!! And you're right it's going to be waaaay cheaper and less stressful to do it this way. What have you got on Vista print so far? I still need to use up  my cert and could use some good ideas.

I have done all things paper for my wedding via Vista Print. From my magnet save the dates to invites and now I just ordered things for my OOT bags and thank you cards, even X-mas cards :)  They have groupons for Vista Print all the time too. I always get updates via this twitter page: https://twitter.com/MrsJenaB

I got personalized thank you cards, address labels and seals the first time. They are all in the starfish pattern they have. We also made a calendar and some other stuff for Christmas presents.   They are all in the starfish pattern they have.   I got another one and I am going to get my invitations and possibly some more thank you cards. They had all kinds of cute stuff and you can upload your own images.

It's become the norm, but it's not a requirement.  I also believe that in Europe the e-ring is placed on the right hand until you're marriend and then you were them both on the left.  I personally plan to wear my e-ring on the right hand prior to the ceremony so it won't be in the way and I want my wedding band to be the focal point during the ring exchange.  Also, traditionally wedding rings are worn at the base of the finger with the e-ring stacked ontop. So if you already have your e-ring on, then the stacking 'wouldn't be right'.  After the cermeony I will stack both rings on the left hand.

Again, no rules, just trying to give you an answer.

Thanks! For some reason I thought the e-ring was the one to stay on first since you get it first, but I guess that makes sense. Wedding band is of most importance.

I was told the best way to remember which goes on first is that the wedding band is first because it's closer to your heart lol  Anyway, I am doing the same as Chocotaco and wearing my engagement ring on my right hand prior to the ceremony and just stack it on top of my wedding band after the ceremony.

I actually am too, my FI was not impressed I told him I was feeling giddy about swimming with these creatures. He actually said that `that giddy feeling should only be for me`` lol!

This is what I heard too. The wedding ring is suppose to be first on your finger, closest to the heart. And when your husband puts on the ring, essentially it should never come off. Then engagement ring then goes on top to surround the wedding ring with the love that brought the two of you together (almost sealing it on your finger). Sounds pretty deep, but that`s what I was told. haha. I will be wearing my engagement ring on my right hand for the ring ceremony and then at the reception (or even during our champagne toast after the ceremony) I`ll be putting the eng ring on my left hand.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
