Outsource to your FI ;) We've gotten so much more accomplished now that we broke it down by date, and assigned who has what (the initials). That way we're each accountable for certain things. Everyone keeps asking if we're excited to get married. I'm like, "Um yeah, but at this point I'm really excited to go on vacation!!"

Thats a great idea, I am doing it as we speak, That is SO true! Work threw me a shower yesterday and everyone was asking if I was excited and I replied with the same exact thing, for a vacation!!! Plus I have not taken this many days in a row off ever! LY I saved most my vacay days to carry over so I can take 2 1/2 weeks for wedding and 2 1/2 for HM (later this year).

I also had my bachelorette party recently.  I decided to give my bridesmaids their wedding gift that weekend because I knew they would all be buying things as we got closer to the date and didn't want them getting these items.  They absolutely loved them and were so grateful.  I'm glad because they have done so much for me!

-Beach Bag (Indigo)

-Havaianas (Flip Flops)

-Lotion/Body Spray (Bath and Body Works)

-Lip Balm

-Personalized Luggage Tag (Michael's)

-Tumbler (Dollar Tree + Davet Designs Sticker)

-Nail File (Michael's)

-Sleep Mask (Michael's)

-Money/Room Key Holder (Ebay)

-Robe ... the colours are a bit off in the photo (Etsy)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
