Dazey, where are you moving to in Ontario? I am in London!
Lol not that far into Ontario. Northwestern. Red lake. Small town living here I come! Haha. Luckily Winnipeg is only a 5.5 hour drive away so I'm not too far from my friends and family.

Hey may brides!!!! I'm looking for some opinions. Been working on my table numbers tonight. Bought some cheap $1 frames from dollarama and did an antiquing technique. Now I'm trying to decided how to do the actual numbers. Option 1. Purple background. The numbers would be in white cardstock (the same cardstock as option 2) 400 Option 2. White cardstock background with purple cardstock numbers (same purple cardstock as option 1) 400 Or if you have other suggestions. Sorry about the lighting. Taking pics at night in my apartment is horrible.

I wanted to do these embroidered handkerchiefs I saw on etsy with a special message for each. I'd give it to them at the rehearsal dinner or on the morning of the wedding when I see them,

I like option 2. Is it just me or does the paper have a pearlized effect to it? The frames are so cute too.

I won't quote the photos again but I third option 2! How are you doing your numbers, cutting them out yourself or buying the numbers already cut?

I like the white with purple - I think it's easier to read.

Hey Ladies! Has anyone ever listened to this song: Philip Phillips: Gone? He was on American Idol last night and performed it and I fell in love with it! The lyrics are perfect, I want to use it in the wedding but am unsure where at the moment. Is anyone else having problems coming up with ceremony music? I have our sand ceremony music and recessional but I have no clue what the bridal party or I will walk out to. We only have 13 guests in the seats so it's not like I can use a normal length song for these spots. Has anyone just picked out a spot in a song they wanted played during that time frame? Would love to know what you all have planned music wise for ceremony :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
