we got a flight out of DCA which is great because we can metro it straight to the airport and not have to park our car and pay for parking!   So anyway our flight was $447 per person.  I am happy with that price.  We have a stop in Charlotte, not a direct flight, but Charlotte isn't a nightmare airport like Miami or something so it's all good.  

 

Where are you flying out of?  Why Airtran?

Craziest thing (actually not that crazy)... I periodically check rates at my resort to make sure that my Group Rate is still the best price and this Saturday I found out that my resort is sold out for my wedding week.   Good thing I blocked rooms.  I expected this to happen but not until after the new year. Has this happended with anyone else yet?

you are kidding! we get married a week after you- I guess I should look into it as well! Where did you go to verify that, what website?

Hey Khunt - I checked both Expedia.com and Hotels.com. I also Tried Orbitz.com but kept getting an error message stating the my request couldn't be processed.  I haven't contacted the resort or my TA to verify, simply because it didn't mattter to me since I have rooms blocked.  But this was the first time that I went to check prices and started seeing 'Sold Out' notices.

I think it may be full but I am not 100% sure I just emailed Teresa and asked her. If this is the case I am glad we decided to block rooms! I will let you know what she says. Over the weekend my fiance's brother booked through expedia, there was some sort of glitch in the resorts pricing and it apparently showed up on expedia, they happened to be searching for rates at that exact time and found it and booked since it was like half price of our group rate, I don't blame them! I guess it was taken down very shortly after once the resort realized what was going on.

OK ladies!! Has anyone purchased form WONDERXUE on ETSY?

 

Yuan runs the ETSY store she has quoted me $220USD +$30 shipping for my custom dress. This is my second dress for my Trash the Dress Photo shoot. We are doing the underwater in the Cenotes so I wanted something flowy..

 

I have combined two dresses together. First photo will be the bodice with teh ribbon and flower. The second and third photos will be the bottom half (no brown ribbon):

 

 

Thoughts? Advise? Changes?

 

Any feed back is appreciated.

Wow, I love it! The top is gorgeous. Def perfect for the cenote. Awesome price too. I haven't hear of her but I would love to hear how your dress turns out. I need a ttd dress for my cenote shoot too.
