I plan on sending invites late October/November.  before the holidays for sure.  

 

AND....

 

 I BOUGHT MY DRESS!!!!  Finally, I did it.  I never thought it would happen, but it was my first dress I tried on!  woot.gif

 

I am glad I caught up, because I do have some grandparents we thought were good.  My grandmother, who is a second mother to me will not be able to make it.  It is breaking my heart.  We also found out my FI grandpa has to start chemo immediately.  My step sister just got knocked up so she will not be there.  All these things understandable, but doesn't make it easy.  Its been a stressful week, but came with my wedding dress at the end!  230 days til may 18th!

YEAH!!! Best feeling ever....well since he proposed at least. Sorry for all the bad news but you can look forward to 230 days to marrying your best friend. Congrats!

We haven't even taken our engagment pics yet but we are set to take them this Sat. Makes me feel so far behind since everyone has sent theirs already. So I guess we hope to have ours out late Oct/Nov.

We got our engagement pics back and we love a lot of them. Unfortunately, it rained the day we took them so we didn't get a lot of images in the 2nd look that we love. So we're going to reshoot one more look this month.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
