We are thinking of doing a photobook of our engagement photos, along with our daughter (6yrs old) and instead of captions, leacing those spots blank for the guests to write messages.

I also love the photobooth idea, so we downloaded the PocketBooth app for our ipad...but I'd only do that with a cool backdrop and I really won't know until we get there...I've seen some fab photos around the property, but since our reception is in the Bamboo Room, we'd have to keep it close....pinterest is great for those kind of ideas too!

Hi Ladies, I am a May 2013 bride, May 25, 2013 at the NOW Jade :) Choco, we should talk about your colours!  If we are doing similar, I would gladly buy some items from you so you don't have to lug it all home! Anybody on pinterest? I am driving my FI crazy with all my hair-brained ideas- he thinks this wedding is going to cost us a fortune!  And it will, if I can't stop pinning and re-pinning LOL! Cheers! Hey kristen, welcome to the May 2013 thread. My colors are chartreuse and sangria (kiwi and raspberry as my future MIL would say), let me know if either of these colors work w/ your scheme. What day are you two checking in to Now Jade?

There’s so much to do, I don’t know where and when to start. I have my wedding location reserved, invites picked out and going wedding dress shopping next week.. I don’t know what else I may need to do from our end. Any ideas? Guidance?

 Congrats!! and welcome to the Forum!

 

Have you gotten a photographer yet? Thought about decorations, OOT bags, reception, wedding dinner?

 

I am getting married 11 days after you in Punta Cana. :o) We just reserved our travel arrangements. I'm working on getting our invites out within the next two weeks since we sent our Save the Dates about a month ago.  When do you plan to send your invites?

Congrats joe joe! Great date :) I sent out our save the dates about a month ago as well. I ordered my AHR invites, currently working on welcome bags ant gathering the contents, designing shirts n having fun with it. I got my dress and working on finding mr TTD dress from one of the knockoff dress vendors. Does your wedding package include decor? They def a good start? Music list? Have you picked photographers? I think we are a bout 257 days out but who's counting lol?! It will be here in no time!!!

Close but not quite... 296 and counting (I have a countdwon on the opening screen of my Droid ;)

Hi !

I spoke to the wedding planner and she has a few in mind that we are going to meet with a feew days before the wedding. We haven’t talked a lot about wedding plans with her since it’s a bit far from now. Do you think I should push her more? I feel so behind. I haven’t made any travel arrangements yet, actually I just reserved the hotel for my guests. Have you booked your flight yet? I was thinking of sending my save the dates like in September and my wedding invites sometime in January. Do you think that is too soon?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
