2013 Brides with WW Goals!

Hi!  I thought I would see if there are any other 2013 Brides (though 2012, feel free to join in) that might be interested in starting a group challenge / support team to keep us on track for our goals as 2012 progresses?!?!  Might be good for support and ensure no one gets wrapped up in the whole 'I'll start tomorrow...I've still got X-months until 2013 even gets here' rut! 

 

I am bound & determined to be at my goal prior to 2013 arriving.  I'd rather be there in advance and then just maintain until the big day!  Thoughts?

Hi, Im getting married in 2013! I started ww exactly one month ago and I lost 12 pounds! I have about 20 or so more to go! My goal is to definately be there by august so I can happily try on wedding dresses : ) good luck to you! Have you started yet?

Hi Ladies,

 

I am a April 2013 bride.  I am current;y a WW LIFETIME MEMBER (since Jan 2011).  I lost 25 pounds 1 1/2 years ago and have been able to maintain my goal weight so far.  WW is the best program.  I love it & it works!  

 

Please let me know if I can be of any help/support to you.  It's a lifestyle not a diet!!!!

Hello ladies!

 

I will be starting my WW journey January 25, I only say January 25 because I am headed to Cuba for a vacation Jan 14- 22 and I want to start after that because we all know how all inclusive vacations go! LOL

 

I have been on WW before and lost over 35 lbs....I want to lose a bit more than that this time. I am not getting married until November of next year so I figure I could lose 40 lbs in 4-5 months!!

I'm also getting married in Nov 2013. I just reached my way 10% this week and have only a few pounds to go. Good luck with your journey Loreal30!

Hey ladies, I joined weight watchers a few months ago and lost 7 pounds. Since then, the last month or so I've been either maintaining or losing 0.2 pounds. I've been eating well and going to the gym and doing cardio 3 times weekly. Any advice?

Hi Emily11386 - congrats on the 7 lbs!!!  Good for you.

 

May I ask, are you tracking daily & meeting your daily points allowance?

I am tracking daily. At first I was meeting my points everyday, but lately I've been significantly under (like by atleast 7 points a day). I'm wondering if that is why so over the last couple days I've made an effort to meet my points.

My group leader has always indicated that you should use all your daily points...(I usually have no problem - lol!)

HI all I am also a WW life time member as of Dec 2012. I have successfully lost 90 lbs and have maintained this.  If you have any questions or need any help just let me know.

 

I still am planning to lose another 10-20 lbs. Hopefully before my wedding Jan 2014
