Our candy buffet will be at our AHR! I have no idea how you would transport all this stuff down south!! We have like 80 lbs of candy and 20 glass jars, it would never work! Could you venue provide the candy and you bring plastic containers? Dollar Tree and Hobby Lobby had a lot of different clear plastic containers that were nice quality.

awesome thread, great projects!congrats on ur big day!do you mind posting the template for the scrub jars?what size jars were urs?tnx again

I will post the template tomorrow when I get home. The jars were 7 or 8 oz. clear plastic jars from www.uline.com. They're also known as clear plastic pet jars.

Happy Wedding Day! I hope you had lots of great weather and a tiny bit of stress! You already know I love everything about your wedding! I can't wait for when you come back to share details and pictures...and I need more info on making sugar scrubs! :)

Thanks hun! It was a perfect day, not a bit of stress other than being friggin hot and sweaty for pics lol but I'm married and happy as a clam. I will do a longer write-up on the scrubs as soon as I get home! I should have pro-pics next week, I can't wait!!

Thank you for sharing all of your templates!

I have a question for you- I've been working on making my own monograms and I can't figure out how to make the circle ones- do you have any tips?

Well, I started off with a circle in Powerpoint. I fit all my images and text within it and then messed with the type of circle to get dots or a colored circle. You can use word art to make arched lettering. Mostly I adapted other peoples images and templates and just tweaked and tweaked until I was happy.

Here are some monograms I used, there are some circles and arched lettering in there to get you started... Good luck!

We all want  a sneak peek for the wedding pictures!!!

I think i may have already asked, but what circle punch did you use to cut the monograms?i got one from Marha stewart, but u think it will have to go back, cause its the one that you have to press down(2x2)i think, but its really hard to see what im cutting.

also i have tried to position all the monograms in Microsoft word uniformly next to each other so i can print bunch per per page, but its coming out looking way too big, what size do you think i should save is as?thank you, thank you!post some pic from the wedding

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
