Projector for slideshow is $300, most of the basic info is on the 1st page. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I did, too. :)  I left my order in my cart and a few days, maybe a week, later I got an email with $40 off of $100 order and I got to use both the groupon AND the special discount, so I paid next to nothing. :)

I was going to do one long table, but I think I want to set it up in a different way to encourage more mingling and fun! Does any past brides or soon to be brides have any pics they can share or ideas on how they plan on setting up their reception on the carnival terrace. Any help would be appreciated:)

I am having the same difficulty.  We have over 45 guests, so the long table isnt going to work.  I am going to do my best at describing what I am thinking (which may sound ridiculous). Let me know if it makes sense to you.  I am also going to visit while on vacay in Jan and see if this will work.

I was planning on setting up a large square table (possibly elevated) for FI and I, as well as the BM's and GM's.  Directly in front of us are the doors to inside, and space for the dance floor.  Off to the left and right of us will be two long tables with the guests.  They only offer square tables, not round, so in theory this should work.  In front of the doors is more space, making it my suggestion for the dance floor.

I priced the same things thru Pilar and Maya floral (BM bouquets, bouts and centerpieces) and the resort was only minimally more than Maya Floral ($5-10 bucks per bouquet, within a buck or two on bouts).  I thought both quotes were INSANE for flowers since they aren't that important to me so I'm doing real touch now.

My quote was from cherry blossom florists. It was slightly higher than the resort.. It also took quite some time to get a response so unfortuantely I will not be using them..

That's how I feel.  I'm not a really big flower kind of girl, so I am doing the real touch... SO much cheaper. :)
