I am under the assumption we get to choose 2. And those that are vegetarians or allergies get their own choices

..I'm sending out the choices with my invitations be I think they Need to know before hand what each person wants

If you choose the plated dinner, you can let your guests choose between two options. You have to have the number of each choice in on the form 45 days prior and you must be able to show which guest is getting which entree. Most people do this using the place card in the table(something as simple as different coloured place cards or a stamp).

And they will for sure allow for gluten free, or vegetarian choices as well.

This is info that was said by the wedding coordinators during the webinar so it should be correct!

I was gonna give people a choice but decided against it since I just ordered my invites today and I would need our two choices to put on the response card! Oh well! Hopefully everyone loves our choice!!

That said all of a sudden I feel like I should start doing everything and getting prepared seeing that I am four and a half months away!! Yay

What are you deciding for dinner? I am having a hard time with this one? I will also just do the one choice.

Thank you! This helps a lot. We are 9 months away and I'm starting to worry/stress/ panic lol. We choose destination so I wouldn't feel this way, but I think the uncertainty is difficult for such an important day .

Everything will be fine! Once you have everyones outfits and invites out you can make decision right till the end. Plus the resort has so many options should you not want to travel with decorations etc. Edited by Stack02

We sent out invites without even knowing what package or dinner we were going to do. When the time came to send in the wedding form 45 days in advance I just texted, emailed or fb messaged the 2 choices to everyone that's coming to our wedding. I got all responses within a day or two. So you could still give choices if you wanted to! I'm a month away today--June 30th!

Hi Ladies-

Have any of you heard from Isela recently? I sent in my planning form Monday and a follow up email yesterday and have not hear from her. I am getting nervous. This not like her, she usually responds within 24 hours.

Thanks!

Marta

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
