Has anyone looked into doing fireworks or sparklers at their wedding?  I found some info in past posts but it was not clear what it came with. Thanks!!

So I came in contact with Cecilia right after I read your post!  Everything was going great, booked the boat I wanted, transportation as well as food.  Then she told me the boat I had booked was broken and would not be fixed by April 24th, as well as she increased the prices she originally gave me for that boat and the other boats I was looking at and for transportation.  Meaning the cost went from $2500 to $3700!!!!!!!!  Which is now out of our budget.  So being less then 3 weeks away, everything is booked up.  Pretty frustrating.  I have no ideas for what to do after my 11am ceremony.  Any suggestions?!  From my experience I would not recommend Catamarans Cancun.

Wow sorry to hear that - have you spoken with the resort travel and tourism department? They have catamaran tours too - maybe they could get something together for you?  We flew Air Transat and they also had similar excursions (and a rep on site we could book through)...we also looked at a few other companies (this is going back almost a year though so I don't know if they are still in operation/prices/availability etc

Im new to the forum and getting married next week at NOW Jade.  Does anyone know if you can make your own playlist for the dj and how much it would be to have a bartender at the reception?

The bartender is 350 plus tax, I provided a list to the Dj, not sure how close they will follow it and I will see you next week!

Thanks so much!! Wish I would have found this site a long time ago. When are you getting married?  Also, have you actually spoke to the dj?  I emailed him weeks ago and never heard back.  Are you giving him a specific playlist or just telling him what and what not to play?

Deciding on the right resorts seems to be such a hard decision when you have so many to choose from. I have narrowed it down to Now Jade and Dreams Riviera Cancun.....

oh my gosh, I am half way through reading this whole forum! HOLLY there is SOOOO much information! I am now thinking of getting all my flowers from a florist outside of the resort. Does anyone reccomend paticular florists who are good and not TOO expensive?! I have seen quite a few, but all of the emails are invalid that I have tried.

Hello!  Nice work, there's sooooooo much information on here!  I posted a reply maybe two pages back about Maya Floral. On it, I posted some pictures that I sent them as inspiration. In return, they sent me a few price quotes. If you cant find it, just PM me and I'll resend the pics and such to you
