Wow, 30 people booked already, that's awesome!! When did you send out your invites? Did you give people a RSVP deadline? We just sent our STDs out last week, and our website with booking information just got launched today. I ended up booking an outside photographer (Sascha Gluck) for our wedding day, and i'm planning to use the package photographer for our rehearsal dinner.
I guess the thing i'm hung up on right now is flowers. I'm planning to use the included bridal bouquet and centerpiece as arrangements on the pergola, and I plan on getting bouquets for myself and my BMs on etsy. But my-oh-my the price on the resort centerpieces are outrageous!! I emailed an outside florist today to hopefully get some quotes. I've read through here that you don't have to pay a vendor fee if someone meets them outside the resort to pick them up (that's what the GMs are for ) I tried to pull a few DIY arrangements together, but the though of lugging that stuff down with me is daunting. Here's the link for the one's that I put together the other day, they didn't really get any comments so i'm guessing they're a "no-go" lol. What are your plans for flowers, and what's your color scheme?
