Yes, depending on which chairs you get they charge per chair after the 25 if that's the number your package includes. If you are just having the plain white chair covers (which I'm doing) with no extras, they are charging me $200 extra for set up. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the info. I plan to do just the white seat covers. How come they are charging you $ 200 for set up?

I'm still waiting for my quote but I sure hope it isn't that high! (That's the price I was quoted for Azul Sensatori.) Who did you get your quote from, if you mind me asking?
we travelled April 21-28th and paid 1400/per person out of Vancouver. The quotes I got from the travel agencies were really high, so I decided to call westjet directly and they were substantially less.

I

Hi Ladies, First of all i want to thank everyone for posting their questions and reponses... This thread is amazing... Thanks BDW for having such a great forum. I've been reading through the posts (@ page 119 lol) for the last few days and i don't really see any answers regarding the photobooth.

Silver $649 Includes 3 hours of service, photobooth attendee, 100  4x6 prints, party props, DVD of all photos and videos  professionally edited, set-up and break-down.   Gold $799 Includes 4 hours of service, photobooth attendee, 215  4x6 prints, party props, DVD of all photos and videos  professionally edited, set-up and break-down.   Has anyone had the photobooth at their wedding?? Was it any good? Is this done through Adventure Photos?? What kind of props do they have??   Any information would be appreciated!   Thanks   May 4th, 2014 Bride WOOT WOOT!!!!
had a photo booth at my wedding in April. The guests all had fun with it! They have an "attendant" with the photo booth who puts together a book for you with all the pics and gets the guests to write in it - was great since I didn't have a guest book! It is booked through Adventure photos and when I booked the full day coverage, thy gave me a deal in the photo booth. I ended up paying $1700 for full day coverage, including all of the pictures (ended up being 1200 images) and the photo booth

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
