Do we need to tell The wedding Coordinators flight and arrivals of our guests?

I think all they need is the dates they'll be there. Not specific times or flights. She only needs the wedding couples specific flights

There really isn't much that needs to be done as far as seating charts, chair bows, and welcome bags before 45 days. If you are ordering items, they usually come in 2-3 weeks and seating charts can be done a week or two before.

Yeah, what happening with mine is that I had 17 guests. An everything I wanted came in sets of 10 or 25. So I have a little extra of everything...so if a few extra people booked it would be no big deal. Of course if you're going to have more people it won't work the same...but at the same time you'll be able to kind of get a close estimate before your RSVPs come in I think. Since it does require a little more planning on their part.

I know!! I've been doing all this research and finding all this cute stuff but I just feel stuck

I also feel like some people might say "Oh of course we'll go!" because they don't want to hurt my feelings when they have no intention of going. I want to send out a note that say "Don't lie to me, I promise my feelings won't be hurt!"

I know! I wanted to avoid that feeling so we decided not to do any RSVPs. Their RSVP is their booking confirmation.

So far we have 18 people booked. Our invitations are going out in two weeks!

Dj question....now jade says their dj's are 1000 for 3 hours right? Well one of their DNA I got a price from and it's 750usd for the dj and lights....I'm confused....using them I thought I wouldn't be paying a vendor fee but do they really just charge more for them? I know if I email pilar or whoever is there now it will be days or weeks til I hear from them. Has anyone dealt with this before? Also previous brides if you paid the 1000 did you get lights included? (Not the dance floor that's separate charge from both)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
