My reception is in the bamboo room and I enquired about hanging paper lanterns. They do it for a $40 set up fee apparently.

Does anyone have any pics or videos of terrace setups for reception/dance? I have found lots for the other reception locations but very minimal for the terrace. Thank you!

Hi ladies, so for my centerpieces I plan on using three cylinder floating candle vases (3 different heights) filled with water and green sea glass on the bottom (our colors are coral and mint green, but the sea glass is pretty close). Let me know if any future brides (post November 7th) are interested in this and I would love to leave these at the resort for you to use, and save me the hassle of having to bring them back with me. I am having 60 people. So I am bringing 24, but have 36 if someone needs more.

I really need someone's ceremony song list that used the guitarist.

 I was married at now jade on may 16th and used the violinist for the ceremony.  I know the violinist and guitarist both had lists you can choose from but they all sounded so beautiful I just let them pick whatever songs. lol I honestly cant even remember what song she actually played. If u ask your WC for the guitarist email address they will contact you. I remember I spoke with the musicians and they sent me lists and also links to youtube so I can hear how they sound. Unfortunately I deleted them sorryyyyyyy

Any brides having their reception on the carnival terrace planning on hanging decorations from the ceiling?

 

I am thinking either paper lanterns or paper flowers inside clear ornaments. 

 

Does anyone have experience in asking?

I am going to try and upload my wedding video that was included with the divine package, its about 20 mins long if anyone would like to see.. Trying to figure out how to do it though :/

How was the beach at that time of year? I hear so many different things regarding seaweed and rocks....but I suspect the closer to hurricane season the more seaweed

The best is wonderful! No rocks or seaweed. Theres some seaweed in the mornings that wash up but the staff clean it super early. the beach is really really great at now jade.
