Hi All,

 

I just got back from my wedding at Now Jade. Everything turned out perfect. Ariadna is a sweetheart and executes everything just the way you want it. Don't stress!!! It will turn out beautifully.

 

If you're looking for vendors, I highly recommend:

 

Ricardo de Pavia for a DJ. He was so great to work with and he's very on top of things. He followed our schedule to a T and played any song people requested. Our guests had so much fun! We even got cold fireworks, a projector, lighting, and mics for speeches for $850 www.discomovilcancun.com 

 

Jaime Gonzalez for a photographer. I LOVE JAIME!!! He was fantastic. So sweet, professional, and wants you to look beautiful for your wedding. He told me how to pose and made sure we looked perfect. He took pictures of everything we wanted and was on top of everything.  http://www.jaimeglez.com/

Thanks for the details! We also booked Ricardo I think the fireworks will be fun!

 

The fee to have him onsite is $350

 

What did you do for centerpieces?

We paid for the resort centerpieces. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. I gave Ariadna pics of the colors and types of flowers I wanted. They turned out amazing with the sequin gold table runners and tea candles. I have pics of the flowers if you'd like to see it. Send me your email.

 

And yes...the Vendor fee is $350

Ricardo from discomovil was already booked for my date. Have past brides been happy with the resort DJ and do you know who it is? Can the resort DJ provide cold fireworks? Any other recommendations for DJ's.

What did everyone get their bridal party as gifts?

 

I already got them special welcome bags and robes for us to wear while getting ready.. was trying to think of some kind of special jewlery to get but can't seem to come up with anything

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
