I had mine at the blue beach bar and I think that is the best location. It is seperate from everything so it will be way more private than if you have it at the orange lounge. The orange lounge is next to the walkway to some of the restaurants so you would have a lot of people walking by. Congrats on your wedding!! :)

Hi, Lauren!  Congratulations!  I'm getting married November 2013, so you'll be right before me. :)

 

I chose the Orange Lounge for my cocktail reception.  I think it looks modern and fun.  It was a toss up for me, too, between that and the Blue Beach Bar, but I decided it didn't really matter where it was, if it was really private or not, because we would have a lot of fun regardless... so I went with what decor I liked the best.  Silly deciding factor, I know, but I'm happy with my choice.

Thanks! Congrats to you too! I was thinking the same thing about the decor. I think orange will be somewhere in my color scheme so I was thinking maybe that would add to the whole look. I do want it to be outside though and overlooking the ocean so still undecided! Good luck with your planning!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
