We are going with the Garden gazebo for the ceremony, Plaza Colonial for the cocktail, and Olympus Terrace for the reception.

Hi Congrats on your up coming wedding! We have just seriously considered PPR for our wedding and really am super excited! Just have a quick question about your save the dates your sending. We wanted to know ahead of time how many people would def be going so we can better pick which package we may NEED. How do you ask people "in a nice way" to please reply if interested so we may better accomodate? Is this what you are doing? or are you just sending the save the dates...then invitation later and wait for rsvp from that?

for people who are doing different locations for cocktail and dinner receptions, what are you doing about music? I am planning on having the ceremony on the beach and then the reception on the olympus terrace.

I am also having a wedding at the Paradisus in 2013. We get married March 9th 2013. I had a hard time choosing where we wanted to do the ceremony and reception. I ended up deciding the Garden Gazebo for the ceremony and the beach for the reception. Has anyone had the Garden Gazebo for there ceremony or seen it? We have about 40 people going and I want to make sure they will all fit.
