Our TA arranged a private shuttle for us and we were greeted at the airport with champagne and roses by our driver!! We are in royal service and check in could not have been smoother. So exciting. Are these the "upgraded" bracelets you can order? I was considering it but don't know if we can budget for them. They look nicer than the paper bracelets. I am hoping our room is upgraded too but Im there during fourth of July and upgrades are only if they are available. Is this an instagram pic? haha. We are having a return reception so we will only pt teasers like this up- pics of food and drinks and the bouquet, until after our return reception. I'm wearing my dress again and I don't want others to see me in it until I show the slideshow at our AHR.

Loved everything!!! I'm planning on doing the same thing. I hadn't thought about getting the water bottles from the hotel... Did they give you a hard time? I'm scared that I wouldn't be able to get enough. Also how did you distribute the bags to your guests?!? xoxo, Darlene
No they did not give us a hard time about the water. Our royal service butler distributed them, but you could also leave them at reception.

Thank you! Yes, they are pashminas. I made the tags for them and the first aid kits myself and ordered the door hangers, water bottle labels, and crossword from Etsy.

Your pictures are GORGEOUS!!!!!! And thank you so much for your review... It really gives me peace of mind!!!! I have a question about the attire at the restaurants... How do most of the men go dressed? Are pants/slacks required at all the places? Are shorts ok? Thanks a million!

What is the price range for centerpieces?

 

Do any of you past brides have pictures of your centerpieces and the prices or range?

 

Has anyone tried to waive the entrance fee for guests staying at other resorts? (asking the resort directly)

 

Has anyone tried the LED dance floor? How did that work out?

 

For the sit down dinners how was the set up ( my fiance and I had the food when we were down there in January and it was amazing but how did it all work out during your wedding?)

 

For those brides who had the buffet dinner how did that work?

I know it is a lot I am having another moment...if you know what i mean....it is crazy!!!!  None of my guests have booked yet and we are 9 months away...I guess we have to wait until September lol....

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
