I will have my stats to you by then. I feel like I have been slacking. With all of the stress of the wedding, family, work, school, etc. I have not been motivated as much as I should be. Especially seeing as I have less time than all of you! Ugh. I hate feeling like this, this is when I turn to junk food. Haven't yet but I am at a weak point. Thank you so much for this thread, reading through it this morning has been very helpful. :-)

Going through the post I didn't see anyone post any updates for the 3/29 weigh in. I have been sick for some days, I was sucking it up at the party (which was a mistake) cause now I'm full blown sick. I did not get sick the entire winter so I guess it's my time, good thing is I lose weight when I'm sick.

Anyway ladies stay focus, active, and aim for your goals. Please remember to post your weigh in on 4/12/12. I have updated the sheet with the newcomers.

In case anyone follows Kimberly Snyder, I've decided to start doing the Green Smoothie as my breakfast (not sure how much of the meal plan of hers I will follow, I still need to read more).  This sounds great, and I think it will be a great way to work towards cleaning up my diet for the better!!

Check it out:   http://www.kimberlysnyder.net/blog/2009/07/11/green-smoothie-recipe/

Also, it's FINALLY gettting warmer up here in Alberta and I've re-discovered how much I love running outside!!  I'm pumped for that and want to really push hard.  Thankfully I have a very energetic Labby who really pushes me hard. Best running partner you can find is a dog :)

I actually read about this, but have never considered doing it. I might give it a try after I'm fully operational from being sick. Thanks for sharing!

For those brides considering a cleanse, I have a couple to report on. Previously I have tried the Wild Rose cleanse. The pills were pretty tough going down, but I actually did this one twice, and felt good afterward (and lost about 10 pounds the first time, about 6 the second!). There is a meal list to follow for this one, which came in handy as well.

Right now I am doing a cleanse called "Wholy Tea" I believe. It is a tea you make, let steep, and keep in the refrigerator. You drink 2 cups a day. It tastes like cold green tea; I add a little lemon and it tastes just fine. No meal plan to follow, but I certainly like this one. FI found it for me at a chiropractor I believe, and it came pretty highly recommended. It is for a month.

So I have not been on it too long, but so far, good things to report for sure! This would also be a good one for someone to try who has never done a cleanse before. Highly recommended for sure!

I found this website if anyone is interested:

Do we just post our updated weight?

If so, it's 158 for me.

Same measurements as last time though.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
