we have a group booking with westjet to go to dreams los cabos, we have the 10 rooms required locked in, just wondering does anyone know if you can add ppl to the group once the quote has expired? i keep emailing my travel agent but this is one question that doesnt seem to get answered clearly im still confused if you can or cant add. we have one couple that cant book right now with the group but in a month she can if its allowed.

    Hi again

Again, I'm with Air Canada but we could still add more guests to our group even after the group quote expired.  Here's the catch....the guests that you add after the initial quote expires will pay their fares based on a new quote.  If you have more guests that want to book with your group, your travel agent has to request a new quote from Westjet, and your additional guests will pay the new quote...even if it's more.  However, your group will still increase in size, allowing you to be eligible for more free rooms (if you have enough rooms booked).

you can but it will be at the current rate, so may not be what you booked it in as
