dreams promo book 5 rooms get 6th free

Recommended Posts

The way my TA explained it to me, in order to get 3 free rooms you would actually need to have 18 rooms booked.  You actually have to have a 6th room booked to apply the free night too, even though technically the credit could be applied to your master room.  Additionally, we were told that all of the numbers will be figured out on the day that all payments are due, which should be spelled out in your contract.  I am getting married there in May and my final bill is due April 9th, including all of my guests rooms.  On that day we will know how many rooms are booked and how many credits we will get, of course, after that point last minute bookings will count as well.  Are you using a travel agent?

alana is correct,

if you have 15 rooms booked through the block you will not get 3 free rooms.  you will only get 2.

it is the 6th room free...not 5th room free.

also, the free nights will be tallied when everyone has paid in full and has solidified their reservation.

  • 3 weeks later...

Thanks for the info!  We are being told that all of our final payments are due 6/30/12.  We leave on 8/29 for Mexico.  We are being told that we won't receive the credit for 3-10days from the travel date.  Has anyone already gone through this process and recieved the credit?  If so, how did that work with your travel agent?

My TA contacted me a couple days after final payment was made we had 13 rooms but 2 were singles I'm not sure if we got 1 dbl room free or 2 singles free but the money we got back was $2330 and my TA just refunded it to whatever credit card we wanted.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
