* To qualify for a $100 giftcard your wedding group needs to be a minimum of 10 rooms booked through WTA.  If you book your wedding trip & honeymoon trip with WTA but do not book the 10 room minimum you will get a $50 giftcard.  Giftcards will be sent AFTER your rooms have been booked, paid in full, and traveled.

I just registered for this webinar, I am seriously considering this resort for our DW in early 2013. I am very excited to learn more about this resort. I didn't write down my webinar code as I saved the page, but now it won't open - will login information be emailed to me?? I really don't want to miss this!

I would like to find out the resort's ability to handle food allergies - both my mother and myself are Celiac/gluten sensitive, and so I need to know how she and I can be accommodated with regard to cocktail appetizers, wedding cake, reception dinner, and general meals. Also there are a few other allergies/special diets (ie vegetarian) in the group.

you should be sent another email with a reminder 1 day before with your log-in info.  i also added a reminder to be sent 5 days before so if you do not get it by say wednesday, let me know.

I registered for the webinar the proper way and now I'm just posting to you that I will be attending the webinar this Saturday in case the registration doesn't go through.  Thanks for letting me know about this.  I wasn't sure if I could attend because of work but now it looks like the timing is going to work out.  I'm really looking forward to it!  Thanks again!
