I just got married there on the 13th... we were really worried about the photographer issue too. We mrt with him prior to the ceremony but I don't think it would have been much different if we hadn't. He was very professional and kind. We specifically told him we didn't want cheesy poses so we compromised and did his cheesy poses with some candids we were hoping for. He also took shots of anything I requested which was nice. We wound up buying the 36 photo package... it was tough but not too tough to narrow down... he shot about 550 photos so you have tons to pick from. You can also buy more photos for $20 each if you just can't narrow down exactly. Overall we had an awesome experience and loved our ceremony and reception location in the white gazebo by the reef terrace. We were pretty secluded. Didn't notice any passers by... probably too much excitement to notice :) I'd love to share more about our trip if anyone has questions. Posted Image

Congrats Tonya! The pictures you posted are beautiful!! Did you have to select a photo package prior to your wedding?

We told diedra that we wanted the 36 photo package prior to our arrival. But the photographer overshoots so you can always choose more.... or less and she said we would have gotten a refund.

Wow---it has taken me forever to get back to you ladies with photos etc. So here there are:

This is La Toya; my wedding coordinator...she's amazing! Don't mind awful face!

I posted this one so you could see our location--beautiful!

              The process of signing documents...

              The long walk out...

Our cake, we did the vanilla..it was real good and we actually did cake before dinner :)

              Table Set Up:

We did the beautiful beginnings package and added colored napkins as well as menus.

Center pieces: again we did the beautiful beginnings and I just brought those chargers (from Ikea) and the candles

              The Bar Set Up

We paid extra for these lights, but they were a hit!

Are there particular things you girls would like pictures of?

For the reception we did the flame grilled shrimp, ceasar salad, and the mahi mahi with the fruit salsa and the pineapple dessert. All the food was AMAZING! And even though we chose a fish dish we were able to get chicken for those that did not like seafood...they were very good about making sure everyone enjoyed there meals.

For the rehearsal dinner we did the chicken with the lobster mousse which was probably my favorite over the Mahi Mahi--everyone LOVED it and it came with some awesome rice! I don't think you can go wrong!

If anyone wants photos of anything specific I will help you out if I have some, so just let me know. Also, if anyone has specific questions...again, I'd be happy to help!

I love the lights! Were you able to tell them how you want them set up and do they really only give you one set or string to hang?
