Destination Bridal Party Gifts

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure what to get my bridal party as a gift, I've had a few ideas but I'm not sure how to put it together. I thought about maybe giving sunglasses to my girls, or something else beach themed? What do you guys think? Any really good ideas out there?

Any help is appreciated!

I'm spoiling them!

I am giving them beach bags-purses. They have barefoot sandals, lip gloss, flip flops, picture frames, and small gifty items. Then I got them bracelets from etsy. I will also pay for their attire, and necklaces to match. They are also getting bubba kegs (all our guests are), and just today, we ordered some very small, pocket-sized video cameras too. (They were regular 200, on clearance at walmart for 40. Seriously.)

I am most excited about the cameras! I am hoping for lots of footage of our day! (Ulterior motives, you see!)

Anyway, it depends on your group, what they like, and what you want to spend. I only have 2 girls in my bridal party; one of whom is my little sister!

Have fun. This part is my favourite part so far!

Hello Ladies
I am getting married in Cancun Mexico in July. We are supplementing the bridal party one night each in Mexico as their gift. I took the idea from a thread I read about a year ago but can't find it!!! I wanted to write something cute... Maybe like a poem and put it in a frame( that they can use with a wedding picture after the wedding). I need some cute ideas about what to write to let them know we are getting them a night.. Any ideas??? Orrr has anyone else supplemented their bridal party's stay and told them in a different  cute way?
Thanks

I love the sunglasses idea, but worry that due to face shape/preference etc...paying top dollar for sun glasses could make you see your bridal party never wear them :( I really do love the idea though...maybe if the bridal party could help pick them out?  Otherwise...I do love the engraved jewellery box idea...or engraved bottle opener for guys?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
