yes you can, they are like a multi vitamin with extra folic acid... but they are safe to take

Fish oil (capsules) will help your nails and hair grow. It also has tremendous health benefits - Google it if you're interested...

 

If you do decide to take it, make sure you get the lemon flavored capsules.

I used to bite my nails and cuticles (I know that is so gross). My nails would never, ever grow. But then I started getting manicures every single week (I still get them weekly) and my nails started growing so fast. Now I like having super short nails and my nails don't stop growing. Literally from one week to the other they grow so long. I really think all the ideas the girls gave you are great. Just take some vitamins and get a good manicure frequently and they will start to grow! Good luck! (With the nails and the bling!)

Sorry, I should have clarified. You eat the jello. Jello is made with the same type of gelatin that grows in our nails, horses hooves, etc. Use sugar free to exclude excess calories.
